Errol is a successful entrepreneur. The digital space with the advent of AI is the frontier that presented the next challenge. After owning and starting up retail stores, security and safety companies, he built a successful consulting firm on quality management systems catering  to blue chip and start up clients, as well as being a published author on specialist aspects of public events Risk and Safety, working internationally. It became clear that what he enjoyed most was being of service to his clients and helping them to grow their businesses. He developed his own digital and downloadable products for Occupational Health and Safety, POPI,GDPR and eBooks to help people buy horses for their children at the pony club- and various compliance products for his own businesses. This success led to the goal of addressing the digital marketing space and after a few more years of study and focusing on marketing and AI, he, together with his daughter, Tanya , co-founded Taner Digital, a specialist new era business focused on social media creator revenue streams and strategies to assist online content creators monetise their opportunities.

With over two decades of experience spanning the IT, corporate, and hospitality industries, Tanya brings a unique blend of technical expertise and high-level organizational mastery to Taner Digital. She began her career in tech - building servers, managing networks, and providing system support - before spending fifteen years as a trusted Executive Assistant and Legal Assistant to C-suite executives.

Tanya excels at turning complex, moving parts into streamlined, efficient systems. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, quiet dedication, and problem-solving mindset, she co-founded Taner Digital to help bridge the gap between technical potential and practical, everyday digital solutions.
